Q: Do you have a warranty and how do I get service?

A: Our frames are warrantied by us, all components by respective manufacturers.  We want you back on your bike ASAP.  Our suppliers are great and many components can be swapped out or sent directly to the manufacturer (bypassing us) for ease and quick turnaround.  See our warranty page or contact us for details.


Q: Will you sponsor me?

A: Maybe...  Tell us why and we'll go from there.


Q: I see (insert brand here) for 50% off, I want your bike for 50% off.  Will you give it to me?

A: No, our bikes are not discounted because we don't overcharge for them to begin with!  We don't believe in fake sales. Compare the specs on said 50% discount bike and you will see we are better.   


Q:Can I demo one of your bikes?

A:Sure you can.  If you are local drop us a line and we can hook up for a ride or we can let you know about our next demo day.  Whether you are local or not, we do have a 30-day return policy so buy one and if you don't like it, send it back.  We also have an Ambassador program where we could hook you up with a local Staran owner for a ride.  


Q: Can I customize my ride?

A: We do offer component upgrades on a customer specific basis.  We are able to keep our prices low because we order lots of parts.  We don’t always get the same discount ordering one-off components.  Please contact us to discuss your custom build needs, we’ll do our best to help.


Q: I love my Staran bike!  Can I have some Staran swag?

A: So you want some of our highly coveted swag?  Join our Ambassador program and bounty you shall receive.
